  What can I say, its your typical HJ - a bit cleaner than average...
  The drive-through is overdue for an upgrade, I.e. its layout dates from the times when three inches clearance on each side was considered ok.

  The young girl Maddison at the counter was amazing and doing EVERYTHING from serving to packing orders etc. The Manager was on her phone and didnt appear to be "involved" initially until she saw us waiting a while at the counter. Maddison needs to be commended.

  Staff nearly allways stuff my order up and lack of hair nets, even had a hair in my burger once from this store, i complained about this and got a replacement meal (not really worth a hair in my food) another time i complained about something and was told in a i dont care attitude to call the store manager im like you called me after i sent the complaint both times you could of asked the store manager to call but you didnt as is your job not the staff. Very under staffed as long wait time to get served in busy time.

  Disgraceful. Amnesia and Floor Sweeps.
  Forgot our chips. Tried serving an old burger. I reminded them about the chips and showed them the burger. They replaced the burger with one not much.better and the chips were cold, hard and looked like they had been rescued from the floor. Really bad HJ's! Really bad.
